Authorised Use Only

This system is provided for use by authorised persons only. Unauthorised access, attempted access, or misuse of this system or the data contained within it may constitute a criminal offence and may be investigated and reported in accordance with applicable law.

Privacy and Data Retention

Personal and operational data is collected and processed for identification, operational integrity, regulatory compliance and, where applicable, billing purposes.

Key identification and technical record data relating to aircraft, engines and propellers will be retained until at least three (3) years after the destruction of the relevant aircraft, engine or propeller , in line with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to aircraft logbooks.

Personal data will not be shared with any third party except where required by investigating or regulatory authorities exercising appropriate legal powers. Anonymised and non‑identifiable statistical data may be shared with aviation bodies such as the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) or the Light Aircraft Association (LAA).

No data is sold or used for marketing purposes.
